Odea alleged that Victory Mitsubishi advertised a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu for $13,015 but charged more than $20,000 at the point of sale. The complaint brought claims under New York General Business Law §§ 349 and 350 and common-law fraud for deceptive pricing and unauthorized add-ons. The case settled on favorable terms, without prolonged litigation, saving the client both time and cost.
